She will lead the way on a discovery of the mystical and mysterious kelp kingdom of the Northwest Pacific Ocean. In this region, seaweed and medicinal ocean herbs are pruned rather than harvested, respecting the environment and leaving the rest of the plant to continue growing. During this Taste Workshop, take a sensory dive to an underwater forest in the beautiful ‘Emerald Sea’, discovering the herbs and algae that populate it.
